Ordering
Q. Are prices inclusive of shipping / mailing costs?
A. No. Cost of local shipping is S$1.50 peritem and this is in addition to the total product price. However, look out for our frequent promotions on free shipping.
Q. What are the payment methods?
A. Credit card, PayPal, Internet banking and ATM transfers.
You may pay by bank transfer through ATM or Internet banking to a DBS / POSB Bank account (subject to your bank's restrictions). The bank and account number to transfer to will be made known to you through e-mail if you are using the online order form.
For payment made through inter-bank transfers (from bank A to bank B) using ATM or Internet banking, please allow 2 to 3 business days for the funds to reach us as this is the processing time required by the banks for such inter-bank transfers. Intra-bank transfers are usually effected immediately. You may enquire from your bank for details.
We are also able to accept credit card or PayPal payments. What you need is a credit / debit card and a PayPal account to send funds with. Simply use the Add to Cart button to purchase.
Q. Will there be a confirmation after I submit an order?
A. Yes. An automated e-mail will be sent to confirm receipt of your order. We will send you another e-mail informing you of the payment method (if you are using the Order Form to place orders) and other relevant information such as stock availability.
Please check your Spam folder of your e-mail account if you do not hear from us.
Delivery
Q. Which postal service do you use to ship my purchases?
A. For Singapore addresses, we use Singpost Standard / Non-standard Mail to ship the product(s) to you. Please note we are unable to ship to AFPN and PO Box addresses.
Please note that free shipping offers provided is through unregistered post.
For added security and assurance, you may wish to top up $2.20 to your order to request registered shipping.
Q. How long does it take to receive the items I ordered?
A. For delivery within Singapore, items which are in stock will take approximately 3 working days afterpayment to reach you. For pre-orders, an estimated delivery date will be made known to you after a pre-order has been placed and you will be given an option to cancel (before payment) the order.

Q. What happens if delivery is made but no one is not in?
A. If no one is present to receive the product upon delivery, you will be informed in writing by SingPost to collect it from a designated post office that is usually nearest your address.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. No. We currently ship to customers at Singapore addresses. Please note we are unable to ship to AFPN and PO Box addresses.
Return Policy
Q. What is the return policy like?
A. All items are checked for defects before any shipment. If you do receive an item with defects, contact us immediately and we will replace the defective item at no extra costs.

A. Please be assured that all customer details are kept confidential and will not be sold or passed on to third parties and will be used by us for our sales and communications purposes only.
Q. Is making payment online using PayPal secure and safe?
